1. The service
SourcemAI provides an AI Sales Intelligence Layer that monitors third-party signals (public funding events, job postings, CRM activity, and similar open signals) and surfaces ranked account recommendations to your sales team via a daily mobile digest and web dashboard.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your credentials secure, and to use SourcemAI only for your own sales operations. You will not reverse-engineer the service, scrape at unreasonable rates, or upload data you don't have the right to process.
3. Billing, plans, and cancellation
SourcemAI ships in two tiers: Solidify at $1,599/year per organization, and Execute at $109/year per seat, billed annually. The Solidify tier includes a 14-day trial with no card required. Execution starts when you add seats. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you'll retain access until then.
4. Your data and privacy
Data you upload or sync (accounts, contacts, CRM tokens) is processed only to surface the digest and is encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for details, including GDPR rights.
5. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can export your data at any time via the GDPR export endpoint.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any third-party signal source.
7. Changes to these terms
We'll notify active customers by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
